Food as Part of the Practice
During your stay at Adi Yogpeeth, breakfast, lunch and dinner follow a varied daily menu. The menu changes throughout the week so that students can enjoy different grains, lentils, vegetables and traditional Indian preparations.
Sprouts, seasonal fruits and herbal tea are available daily with breakfast. Lunch and dinner combine familiar staples with rotating lentils and vegetables.
