Yin yoga can be described as a unique, slow-paced yoga style that consists of asanas or postures which are usually held for comparatively longer durations of time. As a beginner, one may be expected to do a particular asana for 45 to 120 seconds. The advanced practitioners are usually required to maintain a single asana for more than 5 minutes. A core level online yin yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh educates the yoga students to maintain these asanas in the correct manner to enhance their benefits.
