Daily around 6 hours classes will be held online , students will learn Prenatal Yoga sequence,posture,practice,alignment,teaching methodology,pranayama and medition. Students should also do self-practice and self-study through videos and ebooks.

I am a Prenatal Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience in teaching yoga to pregnant women. I have a passion for helping women to nurture their body, mind and spirit. I believe that prenatal yoga is a powerful tool for creating a strong connection between mother and child. My classes focus on empowering women to find the strength, courage and support they need to carry their pregnancy with grace. With an emphasis on breath work, relaxation and stretching, I offer safe and effective practices that help mothers feel comfortable and confident throughout their pregnancy.
